THE ONTARIO MR2 CLUB

As of January 1, 2004, under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), personal information collected by the Ontario MR2 Club is for the benefit of the club and will not be disclosed to third parties, without the express written consent by the club member.

What is the Ontario MR2 Club?

The Ontario MR2 Club was started by people who love, own and drive the Toyota MR2 sports car for pleasure and competition. The Toyota MR2 is the car that brought us together and what it is centered around. We are proud of the wonderful group of automotive enthusiasts that make up our club. The Ontario MR2 Club (OMC) has received overwhelming response from the Toyota MR2 community in the Greater Toronto Area and nationwide. As well, many MR2 enthusiasts from all over the world have dropped by our site and have supported and contributed in many different manners. Correspondingly, we are excited about our future and thankful for the people who have helped to bring us here. The members of the Ontario MR2 Club come from all over Ontario and Quebec and even the USA and we are steadily increasing, with more interest growing daily.

Why Join the Ontario MR2 Club?

There are some very fast Toyota MR2s here in the GTA, each owner with a specific performance goal. With this being said, Toronto may very well be the #1 community in Canada with a passion for the Toyota MR2s. If it means driving fast and burning rubber when and where it is safe and fun to do so, this is the place to be! There are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of the Ontario MR2 Club - The passion for MR2s, participating in organized racing meets on private property, a desire to escape the restrictions of posted speed limits, and a need for freedom from burdensome government regulations meant to keep our community safe from incompetent and irresponsible drivers. By sharing this website with you, we hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people interested in the Toyota MR2 vehicle and its corresponding lifestyles. If you own and enjoy your MR2, share your passion for and make your next pit stop here. If you know someone who owns and drives an MR2, tell them about the Ontario MR2 Club.

Why be a member of the of the Ontario MR2 Club?

In layman's terms: A Car club is a place where people of all ages who like vehicles get together to celebrate and protect those vehicles. You didn't know you were going to like your favorite food until you tried it. You didn't know you were going to love your favorite vehicle until you drove it. Let's face it, there are a lot of things you didn't know anything about until you gave it a try. Car clubs are no different. The benefits are many and the downside is that you just might not like it. But you'll never know until you try it out for yourself.
