Please note that we need atleast 5 people confirmed for the Dyno. The
cost for the Dyno will be $40 for upto 3 pulls. Now thats a deal.. And I
need min. 5 people CONFIRMED. You'll pay Yoshio directly at the shop.
FREE PIZZA and POP.... And yes, Yoshio's BOYZ will be on site... ;-)
All new and returning member, please renew your membership onsite. The
cost for 1 year membership is still at $20/yr or $35 for 2 yrs. All new
and returning members will receive a club T-shirt also... I have limited
numbers, so please come on time...

We will meet up at Caissie Karate for a FREE 2 hour martial arts
seminar. The seminar will include basic techniques (stances, punches,
blocks), basic self defence (standing and ground) and some basic combat
techniques. Wear loose comfortable clothing and something to change into
after the seminar for the cruise. Everyone is welcome to attend. No
prior martial arts experience necessary!
After the Karate Lessons, we can head out of Guelph to the back roads
for a good cruise. Come prepared for some nice twisties and beautiful
scenery. At one point in the cruise we will stop for pics so bring a
camera. The cruise will end by the 401 so everybody will have an easy
trip home.
